Easily dispersed:
Our company's TSA SERIES high-grade delusterant powder is easily dispersed. In the prescription of 80% colophony, 15% solvent and 5% delusterant powder, without any dispersant, the product has very fine dispersion.

Good transparency:
The purity of SiO2 in SA SERIES high-grade delusterant powder reaches 99.3%, and special method is adopted for surface treatment so that its refraction index reaches 1.47, being close to that of colophony, I. E. 1.40~1.60, which greatly improves its transparency in coating film and whose transparency is very close to the level of foreign products so as to avoid low-grade delusterant powder's problem of turning white and blue on the surface.

High efficiency:
As SA series high-grade delusterant powder improves its porosity to 1.8 and decreases the distribution of micropores and ultra-large pores, the distribution of pores is more symmetrical and greatly improves the efficiency of delusterant; The diameter is narrower so as to reduce the negative influence of small granules on the effect.

Good performance of deposition resistance:
TSA series products with surface of wax treatment formed in the method of synthesis has very good performance of deposition resistance and will not generate rigid deposition in the term of storage and thus affect the effect of coatings. The products without surface of wax treatment must be added with some deposition-resistant agent to avoid rigid deposition of delusterant powder in the process of storing coatings.

Good hand feeling:
As SA SERIES high-grade delusterant powder has very narrow distribution of the diameter of granules, the product reduces the influence of ultra-fine silicon dioxide on mucosity of coatings and that of big granules on the touch of surface, so that the surface is smooth, exquisite and silk-like.

Low oil factor:
Modern coatings develop towards high proportion of solid and low proportion of solvent so as to heighten the chubbiness of coating film and reduce pollution. Due to the special micro structure of SA series products, the oil factor is 12% lower than foreign products of the same category and SA series delusterant powder is more applicable for the production of coatings like UV with high proportion of solid.

Method of Application: 1. Recommended dosage of 3%-10%. 2. As different formulations and conditions, suggest the user to test and make sure the dosage before using.
